Pricing & Four-Night Minimum Stay: Our cabin is priced at $1,200 per night with a four-night minimum stay, plus $5 per person per day for insurance and a $300 cleaning fee.

Beyond sightseeing, you'll also want to carve out time to fully unwind at the cabin itself, whether that's enjoying the peaceful solitude, hiking the trails right from the property, or taking your OHV out to explore the surrounding backcountry. A five-night stay ensures you can balance adventure with relaxation and truly immerse yourself in the Southern Utah experience without feeling rushed.

Extended Stay – Seven-Night Special Rate: For guests who want to fully embrace the Southern Utah experience, we offer a special weekly rate of $7,000 for seven nights, plus $35 per person for insurance and a $300 cleaning fee.

This extended stay option not only provides better value compared to our nightly rate, but it also gives you the time you truly need to discover everything this gorgeous region has to offer. With a full week at your disposal, you can venture out to iconic destinations like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument without feeling rushed, explore lesser-known gems and scenic backroads at a leisurely pace, and still have plenty of time to return to the cabin each evening to recharge. You'll appreciate having the flexibility to take rest days, enjoy sunrise hikes from the property, spend an afternoon on the OHV trails, or simply soak in the tranquility of this secluded mountain retreat.

Monthly Stay – Extended Retreat Rate: For those seeking an extended escape, we offer a monthly rate of $20,000, plus adjustable insurance based on the number of guests and a $500 cleaning fee.

This long-term option is ideal for digital nomads who want to seamlessly blend remote work with adventure—imagine logging on from a peaceful mountain setting each morning, then spending your afternoons exploring red rock canyons and desert landscapes. It's equally perfect for retirees looking to use the cabin as a home base while leisurely discovering all that Southern Utah has to offer without the constraints of a typical vacation timeline. With a full month at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to explore on your own schedule. Whether you're seeking inspiration for your work, peace for your soul, or simply the time and space to reconnect with nature, a month at our secluded retreat offers an unparalleled opportunity to live, work, and explore.

Dog-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs to join you at the cabin for $75 per night.

To make traveling with your furry companion easier, we provide all the essentials including leashes, food and water bowls, beds in multiple sizes, toys, and balls. For dogs that prefer a secure space, we've created a comfortable crate area—a spacious, enclosed spot under the stairs with a doggie gate. We do require a refundable pet deposit to cover any potential damage or cleaning needs, but this will be fully returned to you after your stay if no issues occur. We simply ask that your dog be polite and respectful of the property so all our guests can continue to enjoy this pet-friendly retreat.

Convenient Meal Planning & Pre-Stocked Kitchen: Since the cabin is located 30 minutes from the nearest grocery store, I offer a unique meal planning service to make your stay as seamless as possible.

Before your arrival, we’ll work with you to identify your preferred meals and dietary needs, then have the kitchen fully stocked and ready when you walk through the door. This is especially valuable for guests with tight travel schedules or those arriving late in the evening—you can skip the grocery run entirely and start relaxing immediately. Of course, you're always welcome to visit the store yourself, but this service eliminates the hassle of pre-trip shopping and ensures you have everything you need from the moment you arrive.
